October 2024 - Opened a collaborative solo exhibit with Preference Evans on the theme of Survivorship at Honfleur Gallery in Washington, DC.
Upon discovering I was microchipped in an assault, this piece, "Putting The Broken Pieces Back Together" is a tribute to surviving Targeting & Abuse by a neighborhood female-led gang with a "platform program" using microchips, drones, radio frequencies, "Blakenship" methods & dark cyber.

Making history! I recently became a founding member of the Washington, DC based African American Fiber Artist Guild. We will have our first exhibit this year at the Hill Center Galleries.

I am an international award winning Fiber Artist who creates Healing Wraps for swaddling and adorning. The wraps are made of silk and wool and often with vintage fibers. The technique is wet felting which is an ancient method of agitating fibers together using primarily soap and water. I promote healing with art.

Felicia Reed is an Artist, Speaker, Certified Coach, Advoacte and Quality Management Professional. She uses art to open dialogs on healing and life issues. Ms. Reed is a trained speaker who empowers and encourages. She applies proven effective approaches to coaching as a certified coach. Ms. Reed holds many certifications, honors, and awards in various forums. Suprisingly, she has over 25 years of Process Engineering experience and uses those concepts to create art and spark changes in clients. Felicia Reed is committed to applying art as a healing modality.
Wet Felting is an anciet technique of agitating fibers together with soap and water. It is done to make art and usable goods and was made popular during the Silk Road travel days. No two wet felted pieces are alike. Silk and wool are used in the artwork of Ms. Reed. She supports sustainability and works with repurposed fibers and fabrics. The Healing Wraps created by Ms. Reed come about as an answer to a prayer to be wrapped in love and protection.

She promotes thriving even during the most difficult times of life believing that every negative event or issue is an opportunity for change.
